Payment processing services for Organizations and Users on Tillen are provided by Helcim and are subject to the Helcim Terms and Services. By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as an Organization or User on Tillen, you agree to be bound by the Helcim Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Helcim from time to time. As a condition of Tillen enabling payment processing services through Helcim, you agree to provide Tillen accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Tillen to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Helcim.
As a condition of using Tillen, you acknowledge you are bound by the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy, and that we may utilize their services to provide location and other geographical data.
